Being national nutrition month I thought I’d share a breakfast idea that I’ve been loving for Victoria lately.
At a recent trip to whole foods, I finally found these Earths Best Organic Mini Waffles. I’ve been hunting these down and I was so exciting to finally get my hands on them. Plus they were buy one get one free which was the icing on the cake. I picked out the home style and blueberry packs. I put them into the toaster, and paired her waffles with stonyfield blueberry yogurt, and diced mangos.
Victoria isn’t much of a picky eater and will try just about anything on her plate. And as a mommy on the go, I love these quick to grab and make waffles for breakfast. They’re made with 100% whole grains, and are USDA organic which is extremely important to me. I reccomend these to all mommies!

I have to admit, sometimes I am way too exhausted to make a full on breakfast of eggs and pancakes. When ever I feel like making something quick and simple, even for lunch, I make myself a juice or smoothie of some kind. Ever since I got my nutribullet I’m using it just about every single day.
I wanted to share because it’s a super easy meal for kids who are picky. It’s easy to disguise the fruit and veggies your children won’t eat into a drink ! Even allowing your kids to help you prepare what they want into there drink will be enjoyable! The moment my daughter hears the bullet she gets extremely over joyed and doesn’t take her eye off me until she has a sip !
At Bj’s I buy the blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries organic frozen mix. I put about one cup of the fruit, one cup organic whole milk, and a tablespoon of grounded chia seeds !
