A snack that I enjoy to eat, just as much as I enjoy to make is guacamole. My daughter still doesn’t have any teeth, and completely loves it as a mid day snack. Its a very simple recipe, anyone can make it ! And here is what you will need.

( Feel free alter your ingredients and portions to your liking )

1. One ripe Hass Avocado

2. Half a limes juices

3. Three tablespoons of diced white onion

4. Three tablespoons of diced tomatoes

5.Two tablespoons of fresh cilantro

6. Salt

9. Fork

Begin by cutting your avocado in half. Place the seed to the side, we will be needing it later.

Mix all of those flavors together and mash your avocado to your liking.

Grab that seed that we saved and place it right into the middle of your guacamole, it will help to prevent it from browning. Now place inside of the fridge for about 15-20 minutes.

Place your guacamole onto a plate with your favorite side dish. Here i’m using some veggie pita chips but you can choose anything your heart desires. My daughter loves to eat the guacamole all by its self lol.

  1. Oh, I love guacamole but usually just smash it up and mix in some salsa. Your recipe looks a million times better–looking forward to trying it!! 🙂
